Faelix is a small “boutique” hosting company. We’re not “the cloud” — we are not racing to the bottom on price. We want to have a relationship with each customer, to be able to offer a more personal service.
Faelix owns its servers and operates its own network - we’re not resellers.
Our network is multi-homed: we have several “big fat pipes” to connect us to the rest of the Internet.
Our servers are spread across multiple sites: we have equipment in more than one building, just in case. We operate diverse infrastructure in Manchester, Leeds and London — and off-shore in Geneva (Switzerland).
While we are not “the cloud” we do use many of the same technologies: we offer hosting on our virtual private servers
But we’re also traditional enough that we can do colocation: you can choose to host your own hardware with us too, or we can provide a dedicated server specified to meet your requirements.
